MEGA Car Show & Family Fun Day 2017

After the MEGA success of the first ever MEGA Car Show & Family Fun Day run by Redsteps & Car Megamart in 2016, Car Megamart reached out to Redsteps to coordinate the event for a second year in a row in 2017. This event was not only successful at attracting over 4500+ people in foot traffic throughout the car yard, but also had fantastic excitement from attendees and suppliers on social media.


Redsteps coordinated the MEGA Car Show & Family Fun Day social media, Facebook advertising, artwork, family zone including: a face painter, kids activities such as rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines and a jumping castle, an auto market, live music and amenities for the public. Redsteps also liaised with Melbourne Old School Cruisers who brought the attendees a range of classic and vintage cars to have on display – with over 1,300 cars at the event!

Other activities at the event included food stalls and vans, fire truck displays, the Young Veterans and their Army cars for the kids and a Gumbuya World stall.
