Berwick Auto Electrics & Mechanical Social Media

Berwick Auto Electrics & Mechanical are a Berwick based mechanic who can complete any automotive work their clients need; they are a ‘One Stop Shop’ for all things auto! Berwick Auto are also an RACV Accredited Auto Care Centre, and winners of the VACC Best Auto Electrical Category in 2017.

After meeting through the Berwick Business Group, the Berwick Auto owner, Paul, reached out to the Redsteps team to manage their Facebook page. As Paul’s goal was to reach a wider audience, target specific locations/areas and target specific customer types through advertising boosts, Redsteps began implementing a monthly social media plan and Facebook advertising for the business. Within the first three months of Redsteps managing the page the Berwick Auto Facebook page gained over 100 new followers, a 266% increase in engagement, and over 45,000 impressions. The page continues to grow each month through regular posts to the page and Facebook advertising.

At the conclusion of each month a report is created to outline the Facebook page results. These results look at engagement, follower growth, impressions and more. By assessing these areas at the end of each month this allows the Redsteps team and the Berwick Auto team to look at what posts and topics worked best across the month in order to continuing getting page growth when creating social plans for future months.
