Lynbrook Village Easter Evening Market 2017

Lynbrook Village is a shopping centre located in the South East of Melbourne where the marketing manager regularly conducts activations in the centre. By conducting regular events and in-center activations, this ensures the customer engagement levels remain high and keeps the centre connected to the local community.

In 2016, Redsteps assisted in coordinating a Christmas themed market for Lynbrook Village which was the first Evening Market Lynbrook Village hosted. Due to the success of the event, Lynbrook Village included Evening Markets as bi-yearly events that will be held at the center to continue engaging and entertaining the local community while providing them experiences that will keep them coming back to the centre.

Because of this success, in March 2017, Lynbrook Village engaged the assistance of Redsteps to coordinate an Easter Evening Market. The event included a jumping castle, petting zoo, appearance from the Redsteps Easter Bunny, over 20 market stalls coordinated by Redsteps as well as food trucks, live music, children’s arts and crafts and a charity donation to the Royal Children’s Hospital.

In addition, Redsteps also assisted in promoting the event through managing the Easter Evening Market Facebook event page, creating social media content and Facebook advertising that which received fantastic feedback and results through the form of engagement and event ‘interested’ clicks.

Overall, the Easter Evening Market event was a great success with fantastic attendance and feedback from the public.

Results:
