Redsteps had the oppotunity to work with a local eclectic and industrial chic hotel in Melbourne’s south-east that specialises in accommodation and events, and is home to a onsite restaurant and brewery. Surrounded by local markets, tourist destinations and entertainment, this hotel is a fantastic location for locals and tourists to stay in Melbourne’s south-east.
This hotel’s marketing team reached out to Redsteps to manage their Facebook and Instagram accounts, in order to assist their in-house marketing and management team.
Redsteps completed an initial photo-shoot of the venue, event spaces and their restaurant to get some exciting content to post to the social media accounts. As variety is important when posting on social media, it was important to capture numerous elements of the business to ensure the social media content reflected the business accurately and would keep followers interested.
Until the end of November 2017, Redsteps created post templates and monthly social media plans to establish a strong brand presence across both Facebook and Instagram, making their accounts visually appealing with consistent and established branding elements.

At the conclusion of each month a report was sent to the client outlining the results for each month. This would ensure the Redsteps team were assessing how the accounts were tracking, while also showing the client the growth of both their Facebook and Instagram pages each month.
