Redsteps had the oppotunity to work with a mechanic workshop and a performance modification specialist based in Frankston, Victoria. The owner of the business wanted to work with a marketing agency that understood their needs as well as had the ability to work to deadlines. Redsteps was working with their automotive social media accounts to increase sales and awareness of their brand.

 

We develop our social schedules a month in advance to ensure that all of the important elements that need to be mentioned in the month will be touched on, booking you car in for a service and the courtesy cars for example. In between, Redsteps add additional posts to engage their large following and provide entertainment, knowledge and inspiration for their clients own vehicle projects.

 

If something interesting happened in the workshop but Redsteps wasn’t there to capture it, the owners also had access to the automotive social accounts and can contribute with additional value-adding material as they see fit. It’s nice for them to know that the social media is ticking away in the back end and they only needed to contribute when they had time or wanted to.

 

Redsteps supplied the automotive business with a report at the end of each month which explained how the automotive social media accounts went over the previous month, what changes – if any- would be made going forward and our suggestions for our social media moving forward.
