From $50* ex GST a month, you can direct customer phone calls to our Redsteps switchboard during business hours, where one of our friendly team members will be answering calls on behalf of your business. You can even keep the same phone number!

Your phone calls come through to us branded, so our friendly team can answer the phone on behalf of your business and act as one of your team.

“Hello, [your business], this is Bec speaking!”

We will solve FAQ’s with your clients when they call or take a message and send to your team for actioning when it’s suitable for you.
