Redsteps successfully organised the Mega Car Show and Family Fun Day for our client, Car Megamart on the 20th of November in collaboration with Melbourne Old School Cruisers. The PACKED event raised over $1,600 for the Young Veterans.

Motoring enthusiasts of all ages descended on Car Megamart in Pakenham on Sunday 20 November to enjoy the hundreds of classic cars on display at the free event.
Hosted with the Melbourne Old School Cruisers, The MEGA Car Show and Family Fun Day was a treat for the whole family. Attendees revelled in the classic Chevys, Dodges and Pontiacs; as well as enjoying the fire trucks, dukes of hazard replica cars, live entertainment, jumping castles, market stalls and giveaways.
Supporting the Young Veterans Association, an organisation dedicated to supporting veterans of all services. The event raised over $1,600 for the Association through donations.
Director of Car Megamart, Ray Weinzierl explains before the event how excited he was to host the inaugural event in support of the Young Veterans Association.
“Our 14 acres of car yard is the perfect venue here in the South East to host this Mega Melbourne Old School Cruiser event”, he said.
The day’s activities involved:

- Market stalls
- Classic and drag cars on display
- Dukes of Hazard and Mad Max replica cars
- Live entertainment
- Jumping castle
- Face painting
- YMCA activity van
- Rachelle Splatt and her 10,000 horsepower beast
This event was pulled together from a range of stakeholders and we would like to thank Eric from Melbourne Old School Cruisers and the Car Megamart team for their support in running this event!
